A delegation from the Emirates Association for Social Development visits Al Nasr Club

The children participating in the activities of the tenth summer camp launched by the Emirates Association for Social Development in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which includes age groups from 9 to 12 years, visited Al Maktoum Stadium and Al Nasr Club Museum. Al-Nasr, and Mr. Muhammad Ishaq Hamdoun, supervisor of the external academies at the Football Academy.

The visitors toured the club, which included a visit to the club’s museum and facilities, and Al Maktoum Stadium, and they learned about the club’s history since its founding in 1945, and saw a model of the club and its facilities, and visited Al Nasr Leisure land, where children played sports.

At the end of the visit, a memorial shield was presented, and pictures were taken of the children participating in the visit.

Form his part, Mr. Mohammed Abu Al-Azm, Director of the Institutional Communication Unit at the Emirates Association for Social Development, expressed his happiness with the good reception and hospitality at Al-Nasr Club, saying: “I would like to thank on behalf of the Director General of the Emirates Association for Social Development, and the members of its board of directors, to Al-Nasr Club for the warm welcome and classy reception for the children. Participants in the tenth summer camp, which is attended by 100 male and female students, from 9 to 12 years old.

He continued, "We were keen to involve the students in visits to different emirates, to exchange cultures, to make use of their free time, and to have access to all sports and recreational activities, especially in Al Nasr Club."

He concluded, "We thank you for giving us the opportunity to visit the club, Al Maktoum Stadium, and its facilities."

This visit represents Al-Nasr Club's constant keenness to support the community, embrace children, and always encourage them to practice sports, in recognition of its responsibility towards the individual and society in its different age groups, especially children.
