Al-Nasr organizes the "buds of the Future" festival.

Confirming its active role in developing young talents, and believing in its social responsibility towards the individual and society, and in order to encourage children and refine their sports skills, and to develop them, Al Nasr Club organized the “Buds of the Future Festival” event for football academies in the UAE under 11 years old.

The participating teams were divided into four groups as follows:

Group One: Al Nasr A - Hatta - Dibba Al Fujairah - Al Wasl B

Group Two: Shabab Al Ahli Dubai A, Ras Al Khaimah A, Al Wasl C, Al Wahda B

The third group: Al Wahda A - Al Dhafra - Al Nasr B - Ras Al Khaimah B

Group D: Al Wasl A_Sharjah_Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai B_Al-Nasr C

Friendly matches were held between the teams in an atmosphere of sportsmanship, optimism and happiness among the participants.

The coaches and players of the teams expressed their happiness to participate in this wonderful event, and extended their thanks and appreciation to Al Nasr Club and its management for the wonderful organization and hosting, and support for young age groups, and giving them the opportunity to engage in sports activities, which is a very positive thing, and emphasizes the role of Al Nasr Sports and Cultural Club to support and encourage talent.

 

In turn, Mr. Youssef Al Hammadi, Administrative Supervisor at Al Nasr Football Academy, said: “This initiative aims to strengthen the relationship with other clubs, discover young and promising talents in football, and restore the atmosphere of competition between teams, as it shows the recovery of society and the sports community from the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic. ".

At the end of the festival, Al-Nasr (A) team was crowned the champion of the festival by defeating Shabab Al-Ahli (A) with a score of 2 to none, and Al-Wasl (A) came third by defeating Al-Nasr (B) with two goals to nothing.

Al-Nasr player Rashid Al-Marri won the best player award at the festival, Hamed Bakhit from Al-Nasr won the festival's top scorer award, and Youssef Hassan from Shabab Al Ahli won the best goalkeeper award.

Mr Youssef Al Hammadi and Muhammad Ishaq Hamdoun from Al Nasr Academy congratulated the winning teams, distributed gifts and memorial shields to the teams participating in the tournament, and took memorial photos with them.
