Al Nasr lose to Al Jazira

In the ninth round of the ADNOC Pro League, and at Al Maktoum Stadium, Al Nasr lost to Al Jazira 2-0

Al-Nasr started the match with the following squad: Ahmed Shambeh, Lucas Alves, Tariq Ahmed, Dembo Darbo, Jassem Yaqoub, Imran Al-Jassassi, Tozi, Glauber Lima, Abdelaziz Dawoud, Adel Taarabt, and Rashid Omar.

The first half started with Al Nasr pressure from the beginning, as Al-Nasr players rushed towards Al-Jazira's goal from the beginning, and Tozi played a ball to Imran Al-Jassassi, who played a cross by Jassem Yaqoub, who was not lucky.

In the 8th minute, Abdelaziz Daoud penetrated the Al-Jazira penalty area, but the defense sent his ball away. Rashid Omar played a cross in the 12th minute, the defense sent it away, and it reached Tozi, who was unsuccessful in scoring.

Tozi almost scored in the 19th minute from an attack by Adel Taarabt, but luck was not on his side , and Glauber Lima played a ball to Imran Al-Jassassi who tried to penetrate into the Al-Jazira penalty area, but the defense pushed his ball away, and Rashid Omar played a cross in the 25th minute, which was caught by Al-Jazira goalkeeper.

Al Nasr continued in attempts to score, and Adel Taarabt played a high ball in the 29th minute into Al-Jazira penalty area, which was saved  by the Al-Jazira defense.

Al-Nasr continued the attempts to score, and put pressure on the opponent, but Al-Jazira scored a goal in the 36th minute by Florin Tanase.

Al-Nasr players tried to adjust the result, and in the 39th minute, Rashid Omar played a dangerous cross, which was sent away by Al-Jazira defense, and in the 42nd minute from a dangerous corner played by Tozi, the defense sent it away ,and returned to him to pay it strongly, but he did not succeed in scoring.

Al-Nasr's attempts to score continued, and Tozi played a ball to Dembo Darboe in the 45th minute inside Al-Jazira penalty area, but he was not lucky to score.

In the second half, Al-Nasr entered with determination and strength to change the score , and threatened Al-Jazira's goal from the beginning, where Dembo Darbo played a cross to Adel Taarabt, who was caught by Al-Jazira goalkeeper, and Taarabt passed a ball to Dembo Darboe in the 56th minute, but luck was not on his side.

Mr. Fink made tactical substitutions by taking out Adel Taarabt, Jassem Yaqoub and Abdel Aziz Dawoud, and pushing Kodjo Jean-Claude, Abdullah Anwar and Omar Gomaa to increase the offensive pressure.

Al-Nasr players advanced towards the goal of Al-Jazira, but Abdoulay Diaby scored the second goal for Al-Jazira in the 66th minute.

Al-Jazira retreated to its areas, and was content with defending against Al Nasr attacks. In the 70th minute, Imran Al-Jassassi played a cross to Jean-Claude, who was unsuccessful in scoring, and Abdullah Anwar tried to penetrate into the Al-Jazira penalty area, but the defense kept his ball away.

In the 74th minute, Rashid Omar played a dangerous ball, which the defense kept away, and from a ball deep in the Al-Jazira penalty area in the 75th minute, Jean-Claude almost scored, but the defense pushed the ball away to a corner taken by Tozi, which was caught by the Al-Jazira defense, and it reached Tozi, who hit it hard, but the Al-Jazira goalkeeper caught the ball.

Al-Nasr players continued their attempts to score, but luck was not on their side.
