Serbian coach Slavisa Jokanovic, head coach of Al Nasr, said his team is expecting a tough match against Khorfakkan in the game to be played tomorrow at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium in Khorfakkan, as part of Round 13 of the ADNOC Pro League.
Jokanovic said in the pre-match press conference: We are expecting a strong game against a team that is trying to move away from the relegation battle, and our goal is to win as well as improve our performance and correct the mistakes that appeared in previous matches. We need to be stronger, more solid and more focused, and to maintain consistency and discipline throughout the full ninety minutes.
Al Nasr player Moussa Ndiaye also stressed the difficulty of the match, noting that Al Nasr’s games against Khorfakkan are always closely contested. He said: The match will not be easy, and our meetings with Khorfakkan are always difficult. We are working in training to raise our level of readiness, and we must translate that on the pitch by being more focused and more clinical in order to take all three points.
Al Nasr hope to deliver a strong performance and secure a positive result that strengthens their position in the league table, while producing a display that reflects the work the team has been doing in recent weeks.
